Add utility to delete the history of documents

The utility would allow the user to clean the history of certain heavy pages.
Helpful features:

• Filter for specific spaces or pages
• Delete the history older than one week, one year, etc
• Keep only the last N entries in the history of documents
• Scheduler job to run the utility from time to time
