Access Flush Cache from Admin Tools Application doesn't work anymore as it uses syntax XWiki 1.0 which is not supported anymore

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Add Admin Tools Application from the Extension Manager
3. Click on Admin Tool from the left panel, Applications
4. Click on "Flush XWiki Cache"

Expected results: The cache is flushed.

Actual results: An error message appears: "Failed to render content. Cause: [Can't find descriptor for the component [role = [interface org.xwiki.rendering.parser.Parser] hint = [xwiki/1.0]]]. Click on this message for details."

Note: As the syntax 1.0 is not supported this doesn't work anymore, from what I could see it worked till versions 7.X and from 8.X it doesn't. It would be nice if it can be re-written in the last available syntax.
