Provide libray for easy implementation of dedicated XWiki authenticator

The idea is to move most of what is in the auth&syn application in a library someone can use to create a new application which do the same thing but for a specific XWiki instance.

The ideal situation would be something like just add a dependency on this library and put the server URL in some file and provide a custom logo and you are all set and just need to publish your application.
