Don't clean users with XWiki.WatchListClass and XWiki.Notifications.Code.NotificationPreferenceClass xobjects

We try to exclude users who are watching pages or set up some notifications as it could be a valid use case to just register to do that. Note that the code below doesn't catch all cases since nowadays, watching pages configuration is stored elsewhere (see http://tinyurl.com/mrys72fn).
