Major Description
Apart from the fact that a wiki page content is really not the best location to store log, those pages currently indicate their content to be wiki content, which is not true. This cause potentially huge content to be parsed and analyzed every time a log it added to it.
The same bug impact various documents which are used to store content which have nothing to do with wiki syntax.
