Add an extension aimed at containing a set of default postprocessors

BatchImport has a mechanism for post-processing rows before they get transformed into pages / objects. This issue is about creating an extension that will contain a set of post-processors covering typical post-processing use cases, such as converting cell values into a set of page identifiers corresponding to pages whose titles match each cell value.
