Add possibility to upload files from URL

BatchImport makes it possible to import files that are available on the same filesystem as the one where XWiki is installed, using a column pointing at local paths. When the user has no access to the XWiki filesystem to upload the files before doing the import itself, it would be handy to add the possibility to add a column containg web URLs from which the batchimport would upload the data to XWiki.
