Apply value splitting for the dblist postprocessor only if the list property is of type multiselect

In the code of the list / dblist postprocessor, the value read from the file is split by the list separator even if the property to which its mapped is not a multiselect list.
This doesn't seem right, however, the decision to split or not should be synchronized with the handling of the column in the original objects marshalling code.
