Implement page naming according to the configured page naming strategy

Currently, the batch import API has a feature that allows to 'clear names' when importing pages.

However, in the mean time in the XWiki platform a new feature was added allowing to configure a page naming strategy at Wiki level, allowing to transform and cleanup a name before using it as a name of a page.

The batch import should have an option to take this page naming strategy into account when generating page names based on values found in the imported file.
