Add configuration on the UI for the management of the names of imported attachments (cleanup or not)

Along with the improvements done for issue BATCHIMP-43 , an option for activating / deactivating the cleanup of the attachment names was added and used by the API but with no UI to set it.

This ticket is about exposing this option in the UI, allowing to store it and configure it upon import, from the UI.
