Create a custom block for running static XWQL queries

XWiki integrates a Query Module that allows to perform query in the wiki either in HQL or XWQL. Those queries can return different types of arrays depending on the query itself.

The idea is to implement a block that allows to perform such requests using $services.query.xwql("query …").execute().
