Blog post visibility settings are not saved properly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login with Admin or with an user
2. Create a new blog post
3. Check the 'Publish' checkbox
4. Click 'Save & View'
5. Click on the lock to hide the blog post from other users
6. Click again on the lock to make it visible
7. Refresh the page

EXPECTED RESULTS

The blog article remains visible, as set per the last action.

ACTUAL RESULTS

Although the message: 'The visibility of the blog entry has been successfully changed' is displayed, it seems that the last action (when made the blog post visible) is not saved, therefore the blog post is still hidden.

However, if after refresh the lock is clicked again, the setting is saved (the blog remains visible to other users).
