Blog's wiki macros have global visibility, should be current wiki

The Blog post list macro of the blog application has global visibility, which is against the recommendations of macros provided by applications.
As an exception, having a global macro provided by an extension would make sense if the macro in question would be usable from a wiki on which the blog application is not installed. I doubt this is the case for the blog application.
