The title of the blog post is not displayed properly in edit mode

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a new blog post
2. While in edit mode, observe the title of the post in breadcrumb, in URL and in the name of the browser's tab

EXPECTED RESULTS

The title is displayed properly in all places.

ACTUAL RESULTS

On breadcrumb, in URL and in the browser tab's name, the word 'local' is added next to the blog post's title (screenshot attached).

However, the blog post title is saved without the 'local' word.
