Blog home page should be editable

Since edit is now protected for extension pages we need to set the home page to "configuration" or "home" or "customizable", see https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/XAR%20Module%20Specifications as otherwise exiting it shows a warning message that it's protected.
