Can't choose a "JPEG" as an image thumbnail

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Access the Blog Application
      2. Create a new Blog post
      3. In Edit mode click on the "Choose an image" button
      4. Browse for a JPEG image
      5. Click on the "Upload and select" button

      Expected results: The image is uploaded and saved.

      Actual results: "Unsupported file format" message appears at the bottom of the page, can't upload the jpeg image,
