If page naming strategies are setup on the wiki, the blog post title is also altered on creation, according to the page name strategy

After the fix of BLOG-160 , the page name strategy, if present, is also applied to the title of the created article, not only to the page name (URL).

To reproduce:

• activate slug page name strategy in the administration
• using the create form on the homepage, create a new blog post called "Test blog post"
  
• hit "Create"

Expected result:

• a blog post is created, with the page name Test-blog-post (in the URL) and, in the blog article form, the title filled in to "Test blog post", as filled in in the form

Actual result:

• The name "Test-blog-post is also used for blog article title in the create form and the original article name is not reused in the blog article page:
