The blog panels configuration feature suggest invalid blogs

XWiki version : 12.10.6

To reproduce follow these steps : 

• Install the blog application version 9.10.10
• Create a new blog Blog_G100.WebHome with title Blog G100
• Open a wiki page, for example : Main.WebHome page
• On more actions menu, click on "Blog configuration" entry
• On the 'blog' input of the modal form search for 'Blog G100', see screenshot :

• The suggestion input return the Blog_G100.WebHome as result. above the suggestion there is another entry in grey "Select Blog G100 ...", click ("by mistake") on this grey entry and save the configuration
• Now open another wiki page, for example Sandbox.WebHome and on more actions menu, click on "Blog configuration" entry
• On the 'blog' input of the modal form search for 'Blog G100', see screenshot :

• What we can see now is that the suggestion input returned 2 results when searching for "Blog G100", it returned Blog_G100.WebHome which is a valid blog but also returned Blog G100 which is invalid but has been saved in the configuration of the Main.WebHome page (see step 7).

So, what is expected from the blog input suggest is to suggest only valid blogs.

I am not sure this issue is related to the blog or the XWiki input suggest feature available on newer xwiki versions.
