RSS feed generates relative links instead of absolute ones

The generated URLs should be absolute as otherwise it won't work when displayed in a different domain...

Note that some RSS readers resolve relative URLs properly but not all. This is needed for example for the What's New feature as it would be too costly to have that feature re-parse the generated HTML to compute absolute URLs.
