Blog editing translations are incomplete

Even though the German translation of the Blog application is 100% complete, there are the following elements that aren't translated:

1. The name of the "Compact" layout when adding a new blog - the compact layout is missing from the translations of layouts
2. When editing a blog, none of the labels or values (for the layout) are translated.
