RSS for All categories doesn't show a title, it shows instead "$services.localization.render($categoryDoc.getValue('name'))"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin or a normal user
2. Click on All categories from a blog
3. Click on the RSS icon

Expected results: the tile "All categories" or "All" appears.

Actual results: $services.localization.render($categoryDoc.getValue('name')) appears.
