Right Navigation bar appears in All categories of a blog that doesn't have any posts created yet

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Create a new blog
      3. Go to All categories

      Expected results: The RSS, counting of posts and the "No entries in this category message" appears.

      Actual results: Apart from the RSS, counting and the "No entries in this category" message there is also a right side navigation bar that appears, that has no purpose.
