All categories page should have the same Page Size as added for the Blog (in Object mode)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Click on a blog that has many blog posts (5+)
3. Edit it in Object mode and select the "Index display" as Paginated and "Items per page (only in the Paginated display mode)" as 5
4. Click on Save & View
5. Click on All categories

Expected results: The All categories page shows 5 posts at a time with the button for Older posts like the Blog main page. Or at least the user should be able to make a limit to the posts he sees on a page.

Actual results: The All categories page shows all the posts in a single page.
