Generate clean blog page names without characters that lead to being encoded

For example if you create a blog post using "Bug Fixing Day 141" you'll get the following URL ".../Blog/Bug%20Fixing%20Day%20141" which isn't friendly and not good for SEO purpose either.

The idea is to generate a page name from the blog title by removing characters that need to be URL-encoded.
