Categories with quotes are not correctly rendered on the post footer.

To reproduce

1. Go to Blog.ManageCategories page
2. Create a new category with a name containing a single quote, for exemple: Une catégorie parmi d'autres
3. Go to the blog main page, create a new post and assign it to the category created above
4. Go the the page of the post page

Expected result: The name of the category is correctly displayed on the post footer: Une catégorie parmi d'autres
Actual result: The category is not correctly displayed: Une catégorie parmi d'autres instead of Une catégorie parmi d'autres
