Don't display the ability to uploaded images in Blog post if feature is not enabled

I've just tested the new blog app, version 9.4
and I don't understand something
I edited the default blog post that comes with the app
and added an image
but that image doesn't appear anywhere
how is it supposed to work?
ok found it I think
there's an admin ui
and you need to turn this on
so IMO it would be better to not show the abilirty to upload image if it's not configured

What's even worse is that it seems I cannot change the default blog to use images apparently (the admin ui only allows to create new blogs).
