Reproduction

1. Create a book with 2 versions (V1 and V2)
2. Create a versioned page for V2 (should be the default if you've created V2 after V1)
3. Select V1
4. A page is displayed with a warning saying "There is no content for this version"
5. Click the Versions button, and select Mark as deleted

Result

You are redirected to the V2 page, nothing has been marked as deleted.

Expectations

The "Marked as deleted" option should be hidden when the context for displaying the  "There is no content for this version" warning is detected.
