Transformation of variant and includeMacro aren't resolving references for sub-wikis

When the publishing from a master space which is a sub-wiki, the transformation of the variant and includeLibrary macros resolves the references as coming from the main wiki instead of the master sub-wiki.

This leads to not transforming the macros' references, or wrongly detecting that they shouldn't be transformed.
