Add listener to handle inheritance redirect issues on version delete

    Description

      A listener needs to be created on version delete to update the "Preceding version reference" that depended on the deleted version.

      Note: If versions are missing, you can end up with 'too many redirects errors' but there is also data inconsistency, and this is why we may need to fix this.
