Reproduction steps

1. create a book with 2 versions, v1 and v2
2. create a page for v2
3. change the displayed version to v1, a warning is displayed "There is no content for this version"
4. click the edit button

Result

The top page, not any versioned content page, is edited

Expectations

The page which is edited should be the versioned content page for v1
