Publishing branches below the root results in incorrect references

When publishing a branch instead of the entire book, the target location is not reflecting the configuration, while the references are not computed the same. The location of the published pages are generated by replacing the collection location with the target location, while the references are built by replacing the source location with the target location. The later is the correct approach and should be used when building the target location of the pages.
