Preview doesn't show skipped pages

    Description

      The preview is not showing:

      • pages that are skipped because they have no content for the selected version (ex: publishing version 1, but page only has content for version 2)
      • pages that are skipped because they are associated to a variant and this variant is not selected for publication
      • others? (check method isToBePublished)

      It's showing:

      • pages marked as deleted
      • pages without a "Complete" status when only publishing "Complete" pages
