Warning on the form to create a new book page

How to reproduce:

• go to the homepage of a book
• create a new page by clicking on "New page"
• type the name
• click "Create"
• the editor for the new page displays

Actual result:
A warning message is displayed on the form, about restricted rights

Expected result:
The warning message should not be displayed.
