The top page of a book or library should be versioned too

Currently, versioning only applies to pages, not to the top page (where the book/library object is).

It should be possible to have this top page versioned also.

I propose at the creation of the book/library, to set the top page as unversioned. This way, the user can create a version, and then set the top page to this version.
