Allow to specify if a variant should include pages not associated with any variant or not

Currently, a variant in a book will always include the book pages which are not attached to any other variant.

However, in some case, we may want to have the other behavior : having variants which only include pages of the book that have been specifically attached to this variant.

One way to do this would be to expose a boolean option "exclude pages that are not explicitly attached to this variant".
