Upon publication, make sure that book links are updated

The goal of this issue is to make sure that when a book is published, the links within this book are updated according to the location of the published book.

We need to handle the following references :

• Links (to other pages, to attachments)
• Images
• Macro contents (for macro that have inline wiki content)
• Some macro parameters. For this we might need to have some API to register macros parameters that are references.
