Do not publish comments from master space, keep or reset comments from target page

    Description

      The comments from master space should never be published.

      The comments on the published page should be treated depending on the publication behaviour:

      • update: comments from the original published page would be kept if an update is applied to it.
      • re-publish: removing comments - resetting everything, including page comments.
