Publication: option to copy the page ordering from master

It should be possible to copy the page ordering (stored in Page Administration pages) from the master space to the publishing space. This is enabled by a publication configuration option.

Once the implementation is done, remove the property name "publishPageOrder" from disabledProperties in PublicationConfigurationSheet, in order to display it and make it available to the user.
