Publication: Be able to publish to a non-existing space

Currently, when configuring the publication, a picker is provided to select the destination space.

This prevents the user to select easily a space that is non-existing already.

Something like the standard page creation interface could work. It will also need to be able to select another wiki.

Workaround: enter directly the whole target reference without using the picker
