Cannot convert to source code

Recently I updated the XWiki to 9.3.1 and found that the CKEditor's user language changed from Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese (my current XWiki user language is still zh-cn).

At the same time the "Source" function is not working if the content contains Chinese characters. When click on the "Source" button it says: Failed to perform the conversion.
