Tab title in Applications; WYSIWYG Editor Section is "Config"

Cosmetic:

The tab title in the WYSIWIG administration is "Config" compared to "GWT" for GWT. Maybe change this tab title to "CKEditor" instead of "Config" for easier identification what it is for.
