Can't upload an image with "Send it to the Server"

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. As Admin/simple user create a page
      2. Edit it
      3. Click on the Image icon
      4. Click on Upload > Browser... > Choose an image from your device > Send it to the Server

      Expected results: The image is uploaded to the server and can be used in the page.

      Actual results: The image is not uploaded.
