You can no longer insert content to inlinemacro without selecting beforehand

1. Edit Page in Ckeditor
2. Insert Inline Macro, e.g. Box, via Toolbar (no content is selected)
3. You are unable to provide content in the paramters dialog, there is no content parmameter anymore
4. If you "Submit" , the box is inserted as

   {{box/}}

   , you are unable to enter any content
