Description
Let's take for instance the Include macro:
- the target entity to include can be specified with two parameters (reference and type) so it makes sense to group these 2 parameters together
- the target entity to include can also be specified with the page parameter which is an alternative to the (reference, type) pair, so the macro editor should indicate this somehow. It doesn't makes sense to set both the page parameter and the (reference, type) pair.
