Cell spacing/ Cell padding in Table Properties don't work

The Cell spacing and Cell padding properties of a table don't work.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a new page
• Open it in CKEditor
• Click on table.PNG table icon.
• Add a number of rows and lines, header (First Row/First column/Both)
• Add some values in the table
• Right click on the table >Table Properties
• Change the Cell spacing and Cell padding
• Click on Ok

Expected results:

• Cell spacing and Cell padding have changed.

Actual result:

• Nothing happens.
