Major Description
When inserting a macro the inline editable parameters are shown in the insert modal, so the user can put a value. However, once the macro is inserted, the edit macro modal doesn't display those parameters anymore.
This can be a problem in a case like box macro, where the placeholder of the macro parameter is created only if the parameter has a value: if we don't put a title on the box immediately when inserting, we cannot do it later. We have to recreate back the macro.
