TOC macro is saved as plain text when inside a box macro

Put this in a wiki page:

{{toc/}}
{{/box}}

== Sub Section 1.1 ==

= Section 2 =

then edit using the WYSIWYG editor. The first thing to notice is that the output of the TOC macro is not formatted using lists. It's just plain text. Moreover, the output is editable and if you save the page you end up with the TOC macro output (as plain text) in the page source.
