In-place WYSIWYG editing is missing the source button

    Description

      Several users are complaining about this and I've also experienced it myself. It's seen as a regression and users are blocked. This is a (quite important) regression because users were clicking on the Edit button and they could then click the source button but since 12.3RC1, when user click the same Edit button the source button is no longer there.
