Logged out session not visible in CKEditor Full Screen mode - data loss

Hello there

Issue:
CKEditor in Full Screen
Session logged out (IP change, logged out manually)
Saving does not result in error, just stating "saving ..."
Page no saved at all - data loss (in my case 6 hours of work vanished!)

Ways to reproduce:

Edit a page with CKEditor
Enter into full screen (CKEditor)
Edit the page
Logout the session in another window
Save the page
It just states "saving" at the bottom

a) there will be no new version
b) exit CKEditor full screen mode - you will be displayed with the message about the logged out session
