An hidden editor is taking focus and does not release a blur event before being destroyed

Apparently there's a focus event which is sent on the editor called by addRange and a blur event is not send before that element is detroyed in https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-ckeditor/blob/master/plugins/src/main/resources/xwiki-filter/plugin.js#L88 this leads to some problem with XWiki shortcuts since they are disabled when the focus is taken in ckeditor.
